Those who have the following are NOT eligible for permanent makeup:

 

-Under the age of 18

-Pregnant or Nursing

-Diabetic (insulin-dependent)

-Being on anticoagulants/blood thinners

-Autoimmune disease

-HIV, Hepatitis, or any other transmittable blood diseases. 

-Blood disorders

-Heart conditions 

-Prone to keloids

-Allergies to Lidocaine or Epinephrine

-Have had Botox within 1 month (on procedure area)

-Using Accutane or Retin A

-Having open wounds or rashes on the procedure area

-Undergoing/scheduled for chemo

-Allergies to pigments or topical anesthetics

Please refrain from the following within 24 hours of your appointment:

NO coffee, energy drinks, alcohol, ibuprofen, aspirin or anything with caffeine/blood thinners.

If so I will have to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged 50% of the full service price.

 

Appointment: Terms & Policies

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
All permanent makeup requires two appointments. So a follow touch up will be needed within 6-10 weeks of your first session.  

PLEASE NOTE: I provide the same service for every client, but the healed results will differ with every client because pigment retention depends on your immune system, skin type, lifestyle, any medications taken, and the before and aftercare instructions. Therefore, healed results are beyond of my control. 

STUDIO POLICY:
No guests, children, or pets are allowed in the procedure room due to cross-contamination and interruption. Please be respectful and understand that the PMU artist must focus on the permanent tattoo procedure. We also want to ensure the safety of our staff & clients. If you are sick or have any flu-like symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. If you show up to your appointment with any flu, cold, etc. like symptoms, OG Studio has the right to refuse service.

Additional Policies:
• No food is permitted inside the procedure room.
• Please set your devices to silent while in the procedure room and take phone calls outside.
• Prices are subject to change at the studio's discretion.
• OG Studio has the right to refuse service to anyone!
• NO Refunds -NO exceptions.

DEPOSITS:
All deposits on file will be applied toward your balance on the day of your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable and not transferable. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PAYMENT:
Your balance is due in full on the day of your procedure. *Cash only for remaining balance*. We also accept Venmo as a form of payment. We DO NOT accept personal checks. *Please note: If paying your balance with Venmo, payments may be subject to Venmo's 3% processing fee. 

RESCHEDULING POLICY:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so by email, text, or phone up to 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled appointment. Otherwise, you will lose your deposit, and an additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment reservation. There is NO EXCEPTION, as you can appreciate both your time and my time are very valuable. NO EXCEPTIONS.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 
Same-day cancellation and NO SHOW will get charged 100% of the security deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

LATE POLICY: 
Please arrive at your appointment on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, OG Studio reserves the right to cancel your appointment, and your deposit will not be refunded. Regardless of unforeseen circumstances that may arise, which could force you to postpone/reschedule your procedure.
